Fishing Trip

You bring your rod and tackle and we take care of the rest. You and your partner will be in either a self-bailing raft or Drift boat specifically designed for float fishing. Just sit back and cast away as your guide puts you on the fish. Whether you choose to cast a fly or throw a spinner, crank or jerk bait, we will get you down the river in comfort and style. Minimum 2 people.

Multi-day Fishing Trips

We have access to 100+ miles of river that we fish. If you want to experince multiple days on the New, we can set you up with different choices of lodging or camping. From primitive riverside camping to quaint B&B lodging, we can help you design an incredible fishing adventure.

• 2 Day Camping (minimum 4 people)
  • 2 consecutive days of fishing with riverside camping. Your guide will take care of all the details, you simply relax and fish. Trip include 2 days of guided fishing, 2 lunches, dinner, breakfast and tent. You will need your fishing gear, rain gear, sleeping bag, and personal items.
    $450/person

• 2 Day Gourmet Fishing Trip (minimum 4 people)
  • The same as a one day trip, but double the fun. After a day of fishing, you will pull into your riverside camp and our chef will have dinner waiting. Steak, shrimp, salmon or lobster are the usual selections, but our chef will customize dinner for your specific tastes. Once you've experienced the full effect dining on the New River and relaxing by the fire, you will be prepared to retire to your tent and dream about the upcoming day. Trip includes 2 days guided float/fishing, 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast and tent. You'll need fishing gear, rain gear, sleeping bag and personal items. $495/person

On the first day you will fish the upper James. You will then travel to the New, where B&B accommodations await. After breakfast you will spend the day float fishing the New. This is great way to experience two of Virginias best Smallmouth rivers. Includes: 2 days guided float fishing, 1 night of lodging, 2 lunches, 1 continental breakfast and all shuttles. Minimum 2. $495/person

Low Water Light Tackle Trip

This is one on one guided trip focusing on sections of the New River and its tributaries, where large craft can't go. Call and talk to Shawn about this trip. You will be one on one with one of our guides, fishing small technical water. It's a real treat for the fly or light tackle angler. $300/person
